Windows Server 2019 USB3 Code 10
I'd check the manufacturer chipset has been installed. The chipset allow the operating system to find and use devices integrated into the mother board.

The right chipset driver is installed. Windows can see the right USB Controller but Windows 2019 can't start the device.

I'd try a later firmware (if available) If it doesn't help then the hardware may have failed and I'd suggest submitting a case here with product support.

Today I installed the 2nd Server with Windows Server 2019.
USB port is ok until I install the Hyper-V Option in Windows Server 2019.
Is there a Bug in Hyper-V 2019 and USB?
