Windows Server 2019 Essentials

Hello, I've downloaded the new W2019 Essentials.

The good (for me) is the absence of Windows Essential Feature.

I can't understand two things (and I haven't been able to find on web):

- I must configure it as domain controller (as predecessor Essentials versions) or is just if I want?

- Can I use it as Terminal Server (Remote Desktop) Server (with host session) or not (as predecessor Essentials versions?)
