Windows server 2016 wsus

We performed many debugging actions including the suggested one.
We stopped the windows update services deleted the registry keys and deleted the software distribution folder without success.

Do you have access to a Windows 10 or Windows 11 device?
If yes, open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and file a bug report and in the list select Windows Server and attach log files.
Try connect to the Windows Update directly and try download and install the latest update and restart your PC and see if the problem persist?

- Many thanks for your suggestion . We cannot connect our server to internet . We must use wusus only. Regards
- Sending feedback would be helpful and in case there is an urgent issue, you may contact the Microsoft Support.
- We have sent feedback but have not received any response yet. Microsoft support only gives us the information we find on the internet. For a detailed analysis of the problem you have to pay.
Our problem is quite urgent and serious as the servers that do not update are domain controllers and it is very risky not to install updates.
