Windows Server 2016 Standard - KB won't install

Hello everyone, I have got 3 servers with Windows Server 2016 Standard and the "KB5028169" won't install for all of them. I tried DISM and SFC to see if i have got errors but everything seems go...

DISM doesn't work, he can not found source even if i'm using install.wim from my iso

  You can also try a repair install by running setup.exe from the root of the install media but time may be better spent standing up a new one, patch fully, migrate roles over and move on.
