- Hello, the server updates are managed by a WSUS server and its up to date. If i switch it back to windows update it says that my device is up to date.
If i run the windows update troubleshooter it says at the end that there is a Potential Windows Update Database error but it cant fix it.
I tried the windows update reset commands as instructed by microsoft here https://docs.microsoft.com/it-it/windows/deployment/update/windows-update-resources
but with no luck, when i get to the point of re-register the registry key the majority gives me various errors.- In this case, take a look at:

You already followed some of troubleshooting steps and follow the one you haven't tried yet.
