Windows Server 2016 Datacenter Inplace Upgrade to 2022 not working with Evaluation Medias
Hi Guys, ich have a problem. I must Inlace Upgrade a view Server (Reinstall is not an Option). I have no Windows Server 2022 Datacenter Media, only my Licence-Keys and a downloaded Evaluation Iso...
That's correct, it isn't possible to do an in-place upgrade using evaluation media. You'll need to use licensed media for that operation.

There are no public downloads other than the evaluation. The seller should always provide access to licensed installation media. Two other options that come to mind are the volume center and via a Visual Studio (MSDN) subscription.
