Windows Server 2016 Black screen issue

Hi All,

Good Morning!!

 I am facing issues with Server 2016 on which Citrix 7.15 is installed ..All of a sudden server goes to black screen and users are not able to launch an application the moment I kill the Audio service everything will be restored and even users are able to launch application I have went through many articles but I couldn't get any permanent fix

Server 2016 with XenApp 7.15 Cu1 on Xen hypervisor 

I have gone through the event logs and I can see many services are terminated but if I stop the audio service everything is getting back to normal
