Windows Server 2016 back and restore

I am  facing problem with our Windows 2016 server, while take backup using windows back and restore feature to USB external hard drive 80% or 90% complete stage, server got restarted automatically. regarding this we troubleshoot with Dell tech support there is no any hardware issue and we have updated the latest firmware and windows update as well. But still, we are facing issue continue the same. so we are unable to identify the issue root cause, any one help me, regarding the issue. Please find the below snapshot and memory.dum URL link to analyze the issue.  https://bit.ly/3OEo6gI
