Windows Internal database service randomly stop

Hi guys,

We have a win 2019 vm server setup for site workers to let them remote login by windows build-in RDP. But the windows internal database service randomly stopped by itself and then RDP service down. We need manually start up WID to re-enable remote desktop service. Any idea the reason and also how to fix this?
