Windows Fax and Scan Failing on Windows Server 2019

We have a Windows Server 2019 server running Windows Fax and Scan. On June 21, 2023, Windows Fax and Scan started crashing. When we try to restart the Fax service, it starts for a few seconds then crashes again. We're using a US Robotics modem. We were able to get it to send Fax,  but it crashes when sending outbound faxes.  Client is Healthcare so it's imperative they be able to send faxes. 

Any suggestions for repair would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello Frixie, I am currently running into the same issues. I have a US Robotics modem and I can receive faxes but I can not sent them out. Did you obtain a fix for this issue by chance?
