Windows 2022 2022-03 Cumulative Update error

Hi.
I have an issue with a new windows server 2022.
When I install the 2022-03 Cumulative Update KB5011497 and KB5011558 I got the error :

"Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x8024200B: Security Update for Windows (KB5011497)" 
"Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x8024200B: Update for Windows (KB5011558)"

 

I tried:
- run Troubleshooters
- run sfc /scannow
- run DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
- clear C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Datastore and C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download

But the problem still remains.

    Are you able to download and install other updates?
    You already perform several troubleshooting steps but I advise you to have a look at:
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/troubleshoot-problems-updating-windows-188c2b0f-10a7-d72f-65b8-32d177eb136c
    And perform steps which you haven't done like issue with the hard disk, remove third-party security program and so on.
