Windows 2016 Evalutation Edition to Standard

Hi Can i use the following command in a production Server ? DISM /online /Set-Edition:ServerStandard /ProductKey:XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX /AcceptEula

Hi,
An evaluation version can only be activated using a retail key, if the key was from volume center then you'll need to use volume distribution media that can be downloaded from volume licensing center.

And I recommend for you test in UAT or DEV environment first. After will to activate on production is more safe.

    You can as long as it isn't a domain controller. Converting a domain controller from eval to full is not supported.

        Should not be a problem using your retail / OEM product key.
