Windows 2016 Black Screen

I have VM running on windows 2016. The host Hyper V is booting fine but VM is not loading guest OS, get stuck with a black screen.

Are you seeing any logo before the blank screen?
Since when this problem started?
Are you seeing the mouse or any icon?

    Hi Reza,.. yes the Windows Logo comes up before the black screen.
    Mouse icon is there but appears as a dot.

      Try increase the amount of the RAM (if possible) and see if the problem persist?
      Do you have any other active VMs?
