What are the logical reasons we can't sign into Windows Server with out online Microsoft Account?

I was wondering about the logical reasons why we can't sign into Windows Server with our Microsoft account.

what would the security implications of that be if it was possible?

p.s I'm only talking about newest version of Windows Server. think of it either as the newest stable build or newest insider build (21H2)
