Users "Status" fields blank on RDS with Windows Server 2025
Hi,
we have two RDS Server with Windows Server 2025 installed (In-Place Upgrade from Server 2019). In Task-Manager under the "Users" Tab all fields of the "Status" row are blank. We cant see if a user is connected or disconnected. In cmd with "query user" it works. Someone else discovered this problem?

Still and issue. We have done fresh installs of Server 2025 and all the latest updates but we have the same issue. Which makes it hard to do user management or find stuck sessions. The only option is to use CMD and run quser and then corollate the output to that in task manager. Has MS acknowledged the issue and is there any fix?

I check again and you are right, the status doesn't work in the task manager but in the server manager and cmd, it's still working.
I check in the insider version and the sla, we have the same result, the status doesn't work.

When a user is connected, you have no information on the status, only when the user is disconnected you will see the status. If you check on server 2019, you will have the same comportment. When the user is disconnected, you don't see the status?

All of our 2025 MS servers (24H2) are doing the same. No fix out there either.
