Upgrading Windows 2019 Essentials to Windows 2019 Standard

I have a Windows 2019 Server Essentials (HP OEM).

I know that I am able to upgrade to Windows 2019 Server Standard using the P-Key of a Windows 2019 Standard retail edition.

What about using the P-Key of a Windows 2022 Standard retail edition to perform the same operation?
