Upgrade WS 2019 core 1809 to 1909 via WSUS

Hello everyone,

I would like to know the conditions required to upgrade to CORE version of WS2019 1809 to 1909.

From what I understand you have to be on the SAC channel but do you have to check special options on the WSUS ?
