understanding/reading the setuperr log

I posted here a month ago, asking for help reading the failure reason during a in place OS upgrade out of the setuperr log

this is a Azure VM running 2012 R2 to 2019 in place upgrade. A path supported and with process for found here:

I have attempted to read the log on my own, but I have not been able to find a cause for the upgrade failure in it, and I hope someone here understands how to decipher a cause out of the log
