Unable to connect with network printer - Operation failed with error 0x0000011b

Hi.,

     Laserjet printer installed and configured in windows server 2012 standard edition R2.

Able to print from windows server.

 

From client workstation, unable to print displays as ( Windows cannot connect to the printer - Operation failed with error 0x0000011b.

    Yes,I did. In Server and client both sides updated till yesterday and still, the problem persists.

    Hi,
    please try to update to the newest update, maybe there is a problem, since the august update made some trouble with printers.
