The application doesn't run on Remoteapp

I'm trying to run an application created by our developers via RDP that runs on a Windows Server 2022. Some stations already use this software via the network, but it's not working via RDP. Other applications work normally, such as CMD and Mozilla. Which bridges do I need to check?
