I installed the Microsoft App Store on Windows Server and installed Minecraft. However, entering the system>display>graphics tab in the settings will cause the settings to crash.I tested both Bedrock and Java and found this issue. I think any Xbox game in the Microsoft Store should be able to reproduce this issue.
