Software Assurance and Windows Server 2016 Semiannual Channel
If an organization has Software Assurance on Windows Server 2016, but doesn't have it on System Center Configuration Manager, can they use the semiannual channel?
They would have the rights to the Windows Server Semi-annual Channel
releases, but not the System Center ones. So, to the extent they need
any new functionality only in Semi-annual Channel System Center release,
then they would need to be licensed for it. I'm not aware of specifics
in Config Manager that would or wouldn't be available for deploying WS
Semi-annual releases.
