Server 2022 product key sticker damaged

Hi, I purchased an OEM Server 2022 STD pack and while scratching the product key, it got damaged and unable to read the key. I contacted first the retailer and they asked me to contact Microsoft support. When contacted Microsoft, they said, they cannot help as this is OEM product. Can anyone please help?

  dysfunctional5150 OEM means - Orginal Equipment Manufacturer. This is the type of license we get from retail shops.

    I know what it means Im asking who your OEM is who you got the license from (i.e. Dell, HP, etc.)
