Remote desktop with Office365 MFA ?
Windows server can configure to when user remote desktop then can ask MFA (office365) ? as integrated with NPS ?

As far as I know the only servers that can authenticate using MFA(office365-azure) with the extension is a Terminal Server (RDS).
That's because RDS Server has a RD Gateway and you can configure the RD Gateway to use an NPS server for authentication.
