    /wave from the Windows Server product team.  I just want to confirm what Karl said, we have been monitoring this thread and we hear your feedback.  For the next release of Windows Server we have addressed these issues.  THANK YOU for your feedback and passion for Windows Server!!!

This happens because of driver signing issue.
Install your Bluetooth driver normally.
Go to device manager and find uninstalled BTHPAN device.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Now follow the instructions:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You are done. You will see below driver after end of installation.

Or, when having proper licensing or SA / CSP Subscription, in-place upgrade to Windows Server 2025 which has native Bluetooth Support without hacks.
