Found another problem in Bluetooth_WS2022.zip. It included 2 different versions of Microsoft.Bluetooth.UserService.dll and one of them apparently doesn't work.
I'm now repacking the archive once again and creating an easy to follow file structure.
The only problems might be with importing registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsRuntime\ActivatableClassId that require custom permission handling. (53.reg, 54.reg, 6.reg)

Oh and I keep meaning to ask also why did you choose win 10 and not win 11 for the files and such you needed to do this hack? I have not had time yet to even look at it other than a glance and may have missed it here or there why,. Thanks
