RDS 2016 FARM Waiting for System Event Notification Service

Hello, I have a farm of 3 RDS 2016 servers and for a few weeks randomly users cannot log in, this message appears: Waiting for System Event Notification Service.

I have looked at the event viewer and at the time of failure I have seen the following error: Winlogon notification sensing subscriber is taking too long to handle the notification event (logoff)

The only solution is to restart the server and disconnect the users who had already accessed. I have searched for information on this topic and see old information from 2009 Server, and not from 2016.
