Partial only support of bluetooth devices

I HAVE to have bluetooth. Just installed 2022 server and says I have none but I have bt dongles for mouse and kb working??? this is a deal breaker for me as I have to have bluetooth. Can i buy a card of such? The registry is my friend. Can some one show me a solution?
