Thanks @Reza for your reply. Yes, for example they can access their Office suite normally including Outlook
- This is a bit complex issue, you may start by reviewing the Event Viewer for failure or access denied and from there investigate what might causing this issue and normally issue will be fixed by adding new permissions.
