mount vhd permanently
Hi all, I have run into a bit of a problem I hope to get some help solving. Is there any way I can get windows server to mount a vhdx file/virtual disk permantly? Right now they get dismounte...
it is a data disk, and I want to mount it in windows server 2016
get dismounted everytime the server reboots
Host or guest?
Should be able to add the disk here.
Unfortunately it is in a host system.
Is the storage local? Sounds like the storage may not be available when the VM starts. I'd check the Hyper-V event logs for related errors.
