Gr8BrittonBEA have you filed a support request? https://serviceshub.microsoft.com/supportforbusiness

Karl-WE Unfortunately despite paying for many Microsoft 365 E5 licenses among other things, there doesn't seem to be any way to get support for on-prem Server OS. I even spent an hour trying to find a way to purchase support but could not find anything but support pages.

aafar if you are working with a Microsoft Partner you can ask them to give you more guidance and connect with Microsoft.
I agree Support is quite limited depending on the type of license you are using.
Is this OEM or Volume Licensing or CSP for Windows Server?
- aafarJul 11, 2024Brass ContributorKarl-WE Thanks, but unfortunately we aren't working with a partner--we are a DIY shop. The Servers are VM's running on ESXi so the licenses were purchased directly from vendors like NewEgg.
Surprised to see that more people are not seeing the same issue. Everything is bone-stock--a completely fresh install from ISO--after running updates I just ran the Add and Remove > RDS > Quick install and I cannot figure out where this and other WSMan errors... It's especially odd because sometimes, seemingly randomly, I will try something like "create a session collection", get another wsman error, then after restarting server manager, the SessionCollection will be there! I've gone through all of the available Event Viewer logs for TerminalServices-* and RemoteDesktop* but that didn't shed any light unfortunately.
