list of AD servers pending restart + "last installed updates" timestamp: Server Manager?

What's the best way to get a list of servers in AD sorted by "last installed updates" timestamps, and also showing if there's a "pending restart" flag on them? Can Server Manager do that? Can SCCM? Has anyone done something like this in Powershell?
