Limit the visibility of AD attributes in searches

Good afternoon everyone, I have a question to ask you: By default, any AD user can query any other user's attributes with an ldapsearch-type tool. Is there a way to limit users to only being able to see their own attributes or hide certain attributes to prevent anyone from querying certain attributes?
