Could you please help me regarding licensing Windows Server 2022 - 2 Core and 16 Core.
How many cores are licensed for each SKU.

I have a Huawei Server that has 2 CPUs, each CPU has 32 cores, thus the server has 64 cores. I want to use Huawei's DCS(FusionCompute) for Virtualisation and I want to apply Windows Server 2025 Data Center edition to ensure that I can create unlimited number of VMs on my Huawei Host in the DCS environment. The DCS is running directly on BareMetal
How can this scenario technically be achieved? Any urgent solution is highly welcomed?
How can the same scenario be a chieved in a VMware vSphere environment?
