KMS being overruled by Microsoft Activation server
tldr : For some reason the Microsoft activation link is taking precedence over my local KMS. Any ideas? The endpoints at my org have started to downgrade to Windows 10 Pro, sort of. On an effect...

If not: Are your clients running M365?
If yes: Check Settings - System - Shared Experiences to see, if the account logged on to the edition-downgraded PC has issues (and fix the issue using the button, if they do).
When the account issue is fixed, reboot and log in.
Usually this is enough. If not, reboot once more and log in.
It should now be running Enterprise again.
When using M365, you can risk to get your edition downgraded, if M365 cannot use the account to check for license.
If a user has an account issue (MFA verification needed probably) it can get downgraded, until the issue is fixed.
If not: Are your clients running M365?
