Issues with re-install of Microsoft Advanced Threat Analytics

I need to re-install Microsoft Advanced Threat Analytics on our server and so far I have uninstalled it and now when I try to install it again I'm stuck at this screen asking me for to re-download the Gateway Package. I was told that I only needed to update the certificate with same key and then run the installer. What do I need to do in order to proceed?
