Yes. Computers which activated with a MAK license key don't need to activate via KMS server.
Even if you delete the license key from the computer licensed with the MAK license key and license those computers via the KMS server, your number of MAK license keys don't increase.
You can use MAK keys and KMS keys together in your organization.

Also, you can use Volume Activation Management Tool (VAMT) to manage your volume activations which using Multiple Activation Keys (MAKs) or the Windows Key Management Service (KMS)

so any computers that is already activated with a MAK key, will not try to reactivate itself agains the ADBA service
