How to remove ESXI 7.0 and install Windows Server 2016 on Poweredge R630

I am new to working with servers and bought a server (Poweredge 630) used to learn. This server came with VMware ESXI 7.0 installed and dont know the root password. I want to remove VMware ESXI to install windows server operating system, but I dont have any idea on how to remove ESXI from the server. Could someone of you help please

    You can boot from the windows installation media. If you're having issues with that then another option is to change the boot order in cmos setup.
