Failure when using netdisk disk mapping to windows server 2012/2016

During remote access to some windows server 2012/2016, a certain tool maps the network disk to windows server. The operation has always been normal

Recently, suddenly some windows server mapped network disk failed, windows server itself did not do any operation, roughly as shown in the figure below. Using the tool to access other windows servers, the network disk is still mapped normally. It is not clear how to solve the problem, the system is windows server 2012R2, windows server 2016 10.0.14393 Build 14393
