failover clustering in server 2012 r2

hii

Iam having issue in failover clustering.

I am new with clustering.

Our primary node of clustering has been failed now secondary node is working.

We need to create primary node again, i've reinstalled the windows, connected to ad, installed the failover clustering feature. now can not connect the node.

Please help what would be the next steps to recreate my primary node.
