Excel file very slow when opening from local network shared folder

Question

We have an issue with excel opening very slow.

The excel file that being opened is from the local network shared folder.

Can help to advice how what to check? Had done the window update and install all relevant microsoft update.

Had manage to resolve it. Apparently, we had some application which obstruct the excel file from fetching from the server. Thanks for the reply. 🙂

Please give us some more information 🙂 All files / Some files? Are the files that open slowly files with external links that are updated?
