Downgrading server process

- I bought the server from dell with 2019 already installed so I’m not sure who I go through

OEMs are bound under contract with Microsoft to provide support for the products they sell so I'd suggest contacting Dell for support.
- I did download that but it don’t say much about server 2019 on it
