Does Windows server 2019 core only OS have Windows Performance Adapter service installed?

WMI is installed by default on all Windows desktop and server platforms.
This service is installed by default and its startup type is Manual and when the WMI Performance Adapter service is started in its default configuration, it logs on by using the Local System account.
