In my experience with Windows 10/11/2019/2022/2025, the Windows Update client will install all applicable updates offered by WSUS. The setting of "Receive updates for other Microsoft products" has no effect when using WSUS. You'll want to use client-side targeting groups to target updates to a subset of your computers.
