dns client order in member server
our domain we has 3 (1.1 , 1.2 , 1.3) server in DC and 2 server in DR(1.4,1.5) . should set dns client in all member is primary 1.1 secondary 1.2,1.3,1.4,1.5 or should set dns client in all member is...

Because all DC in datacenter DC and DR . branch not host active directory and dns . so can set as below ?
- Head office
Primary 1.1
Second 1.2 ,1.3 , 1.4 , 1.5
- Branch 01 - 200
Primary 1.1
Second 1.2 ,1.3 , 1.4 , 1.5
- Branch 201 - 400
Primary 1.2
Second 1.1 ,1.3 , 1.4 , 1.5
If all server in Datacenter (DC) 1.1 , 1.2 ,1.3 offline then client still resolve DNS and login to by user domain normal ? all dc in dc and dr same site (default first site)
or should set primary dns is DC (1.1 or 1.2 or 1.3)and secondary DNS is DR (1.4 or 1.5)
