MohamedH995 Hello, according to the Instruction Activation of Windows Server - Learning Windows Server 2008 (serverbrain.org) follow that steps. If the OEM Key is not valid any more please ask the supplier for Support where you was buying it.
The easiest way would be to give the server for 3 Minutes Internet Connection.
