Can´t load server admin user profile
If you create a new account with administrative rights, logon with new account, then after saving off docs, etc. from corrupt/abandoned profiles use Control Panel|System|Users and Passwords and delete the old profile stores. Then when you next logon a new profile is created from an image in \default user then you can copy your saved data back to new profile.

Dave Patrick Thanks for your advice. If I understand it correctly, I create a new user "new-admin" or so and give this user all admin-rights. Then I login with this user, "Backup" the data from the corrupted profile folders like "pictures" and so on and then the last step is to delete the whole user-folder from the corrupted admin-user and windows creates the folders new without any need to delete the old user. So I only have to maybe, copy some data back and thats it?

Do not manually delete folder structures. You can use Control Panel|System|Users and Passwords to delete the old profile stores.
