I was finally able to make Bluetooth audio devices work on Windows 2022.
I've installed required drivers and services from Windows 10 donor images.
It was hard and time consuming. Don't really understand why Microsoft doesn't want to include Bluetooth audio support into Windows Server images, specifically that is was working fine in Windows Server 2019.
Anyway the steps are not trivial at all and requires good knowledge of registry and permissions model in windows.

SergejKillerAre you able to send me the links for Bluetooth_WS2022_v3.zip and Bluetooth_HID_v2.zip?
Thanks so much!

Was anybody able to get classic (meaning none BLE - these are included) HID drivers to work?
These also seem not to be included.
I tried just porting the BT HID driver over - with no success.

Tyler_Durden_85, It all depends on the exact device you have. What is the device?
Meanwhile I've PMed you the default HID and a few more BT drivers.
You have to install them while the driver signatures are not enforced. The same way as BT drivers in my instruction.
Once the driver is installed, you have to double check that signatures are recognized by windows:
If not, I might send the wrong drivers. π

The files you sent are looking fine - but do not seem to include HID drivers, only Audio drivers.
Picture of Win10 (working correctly)

- GladserverApr 06, 2022Brass ContributorCould you please share with me the process of getting the win 10 drivers over to 2022? The registry is an old friend but the permissions model never was.
- Jan_PavelNov 27, 2021Copper ContributorHello, can you please provide detailed information about using drivers from Win10? I've tried to backport AVRCP drivers, but with no luck π
- GladserverApr 06, 2022Brass ContributorJan, did you get the drivers back ported over? Would you kindly share the process?
- GladserverApr 06, 2022Brass ContributorI seem to have created a second account when it did not find mine other day and now I am answering myself. Nothing new about that but does anyone know how I delete one of these accts?

SergejKiller - I installed Windows Server 2022 build 22483 and finally Bluetooth device works however, the Miracast wireless display device now shows the message that it is not supported π
- laowangNov 15, 2021Copper ContributorCan you share Bluetooth audio devices?
- SergejKillerNov 17, 2021Brass ContributorI've never heard of the ability to share audio devices. What exactly do you mean by "share devices"?
