Batch file or regedit to adjust resolution?

Hello,

I'm using connectwise to connect to a server too far to physically access. The resolution on is 1024x 768 currently. If I go to display settings it is greyed out. Is there a registry entry or batch program that let's me adjust it? I tried an app I used on windows 10 but apparently there are some different dlls that aren't in the server.
