Autoenroll Certificates after Computer Certificate Revoke

Hello:

I am testing the Group Policy to Autoenroll and Deploy Certificates. I have setup the policy and I have tested when I manually delete the computer certificate from the workstation. It can re-generate a new computer certificate. When I manually revoke the certificate from the Microsoft CA server. It will not renew the certificate. It is normal?
